The Green Oasis: Nestled in the lush Umbria countryside, this farm stay is an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Minor Miscommunications: Despite their efforts, the staff occasionally had small lapses, like accidentally providing an English menu.

I had an amazing stay at a charming wine resort in Umbria. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval cities in the area and even taking a day trip to Rome. The daily changing 5-course dinner was a highlight, especially when paired with the fantastic wine from the estate. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday in Umbria!
I had informed the staff about my food intolerance in advance, but unfortunately, it wasn't passed on to the kitchen. This resulted in the fixed menu being different from what was outlined to me and I couldn't enjoy two courses due to my intolerance.

The location of this place was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The stunning views from the property were truly amazing, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the food served at the restaurant was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
The lack of air-conditioning in the rooms, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer days. the absence of nearby public transportation made it necessary to have your own transport to explore the surrounding towns.

It felt more like a welcoming country home than a generic commercial endeavor. the view from our cottage with terrace was heartbreakingly beautiful, and the dinners on the main house terrace were the best meals we had in Italy. the staff, particularly Ricardo and his daughter, were warm and kind. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of local ingredients to choose from. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

Unbelievable Stay at the Ultimate Umbrian Retreat!
Our time at this incredible resort was nothing short of mind-blowing. Nestled in the heart of Umbria, it served as the perfect base for exploring the charming medieval cities that pepper the region. We were able to follow in the footsteps of San Francesco in Assisi and even embarked on a day trip to Rome, all thanks to its fantastic central location.

Our stay at Agriturismo LaGhirlanda Wine Resort was absolutely amazing. We were in Saragano for a short getaway and stayed at the resort for three nights. The location was beautiful, with a charming, elegant old world feel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make any arrangements we needed. The food was great, with a wide variety of local ingredients. We especially enjoyed the dinner at the resort. Letizia, the daughter of one of the vineyard owners, was so caring and kind to us during the wine tour. The Cardinal suite was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the views from our windows were magical. We would definitely return for a longer stay.
Can just recommend this hotel.
